What makes Naples plumbing different
Two water utilities. Homes inside city limits are generally served by City of Naples Utilities. Much of North Naples, Golden Gate and East Naples is served by the Collier County Water-Sewer District. Each publishes its own annual water quality report, and each has its own rules for meter and curb-stop work. We check which applies at your address. See our Naples water quality guide.
Slab foundations. Most Naples homes are built slab-on-grade, so supply lines often run under or through the slab. A meter that keeps spinning with everything off is worth a leak evaluation. Most warm floors and small cracks turn out to be something else.
Homes of every era. Old Naples and Park Shore include homes from the 1950s through the 1970s, some with galvanized steel or original copper. Many homes built from the late 1970s to the mid-1990s used polybutylene supply pipe. Newer communities are mostly CPVC or PEX. Material matters when a home keeps springing leaks. Our repiping guide explains the options.
Seasonal homes. Many Naples homes sit empty for months. Water heaters, toilet fill valves and supply hoses fail quietly while nobody is there. Use our seasonal departure checklist, and if you use a home watch service, ask them to call us for anything plumbing.
High-end finishes. Natural stone, custom cabinetry and designer fixtures need careful access and protection. Our plumbers lay down floor and counter protection before opening anything up, and explain repair-versus-replace options for fixtures that are hard to source.

Frequently asked questions
Do you serve all of Naples?
We serve the City of Naples and the surrounding Collier County communities. Tell us your address or community when you call and we'll confirm.
Can you work in my gated community or condo building?
Yes. Tell us about gate access, association contractor rules or building insurance requirements when you book, and we'll arrange them before the visit.
Do you work on seasonal homes while the owner is away?
Yes, with your approval of a written estimate. We can coordinate access with your home watch provider or property manager and send photos and a job summary to you.
Should I worry about polybutylene pipe?
Not every polybutylene system fails, but it has a long history of failures. If you have it and are seeing leaks, read our repiping guide and ask for an evaluation.
